Leftover Feta? This dip blew my mind.

Whipped, herby, addicting—and good for your brain + gut. Plus: a poll + a quick read on the Mediterranean diet.

Hey hey 👋

Just popping in with a little kitchen magic from the weekend.
We had a bunch of feta left over from a Greek dinner, and as someone who grew up half Italian with a Mediterranean-heavy lifestyle, I hate wasting good cheese.

So I whipped up this dreamy herbed feta dip and had to share:

Whipped Herb Feta Dip

🧄 Whipped Herb Feta Dip

  • 1 cup feta

  • 1 cup ricotta

  • 1 clove garlic

  • A big handful each of parsley, basil & dill

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • A splash of lemon juice or red wine vinegar

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt + pepper to taste

Blend it up ‘til smooth. Serve with your fave crackers, crudités, or homemade pita chips. That’s it!

Why I love it:
This dip is full of the good stuff—healthy fats from olive oil, protein from cheese, and fresh herbs that fight inflammation.

It’s the kind of snack that keeps you full without that heavy, sluggish feeling.
Good for your brain. Easy on your gut. Supportive for your heart.

And honestly? It just feels good to eat something fresh and flavorful that didn’t take hours to prep.
That’s what the Mediterranean lifestyle is all about—real food, shared moments, and slowing down enough to actually enjoy what’s on your plate.

Whether you’re juggling work, kids, travel, or just trying to eat better without overthinking it… this is the kind of recipe that works with your life—not against it.

If you’re curious about the benefits of this lifestyle, this recent article breaks it down beautifully.
