🧭 Daily Rituals for the Lightly Anchored

Because feeling good shouldn’t depend on your zip code.

Hey you,

I had a few questions about what my daily “routine” looks like so I’m just popping in to share a peek at my daily wellness rhythm.

Keyword: rhythm, not routine.
Because some days it flows…and some days, not so much.
But this is the shape of most of my days—especially when I’m grounded or on the go.

☀️ Mornings

  • Warm water first thing (a squeeze of 🍋 or 🍈 if I’ve got it)

  • Oil pulling (5–20 mins while packing lunches or making the bed)

    • Check out this article that explains how and why oil pulling is effective and this study that backs it up with evidence

  • 👅 Tongue scrape + brush with a fluoride-free toothpaste (bonus if it has xylitol or nano-hydroxyapatite)

  • 🍞 Breakfast:
    I keep it simple + feel-good: 2 slices organic sourdough, grass-fed butter (a lot), and raw, unpasteurized local honey 🍯

  • 🍵Sipping: herbal tea like roasted dandelion, nettle, green tea, or lemon balm

    • ☕️ I want to love coffee. Coffee doesn’t love me. So it’s a sometimes thing.

🧘‍♀️ Midday Movement
Doesn’t matter what you do—just move.
A walk, a bike ride, yoga, Pilates, gym, dance break in the kitchen 💃
Your body will thank you. Your mind will too.

🌙 Evenings

  • Dry brushing - watch this quick HOW TO video if you’ve never done it before - I like this one because she shows you how to open up your lymph nodes for optimal drainage! 👀

    • This brush is great to start with AND its travel friendly!

  • 🚿 Quick rinse or shower

  • 🧴 Moisturize

  • Evening skincare routine - mine include products from ECO by Sonya Driver and Three Ships Beauty - mildly obsessed 😅

  • 🦷 Brush + 👅 tongue scrape again

  • 💡 Lights down, 📵 phone away (& on airplane mode ✈️), herbal tea optional - my go-to is chamomile 🌼

  • 😴 Sleep - Everyone’s needs are different, but try to set yourself up for about 8 hours if you can 🛌

✨ That’s it. No perfection here.
Just rituals that help me feel well…wherever I am.
